Now that I have one in my gun, I think this should be budgeted into the purchase of any Marlin that it fits.
Approximately 25-30 minute install. If you can work a screwdriver with reasonable proficiency, you can handle this.
Absolutely gets rid of the Marlin "flop."
Almost creep free, just a tiny bit.
Very consistent pull, just about "right" weight for hunting purposes IMO. I don't have a gauge, but I would say 3-4lbs.
Yes, it's kind of expensive for what it is, but what it does is worth it, again IMO. I can hardly stand to touch my BLR now it's so bad.
