Not SAAMI spec'd, meaning there are no official dimensions.
I have used whidden in the past but they no longer do customs. I believe both Hornady and Redding will do customs to your specs. What are you building? Lots of wildcats have dies available already. If it’s a simple neck up/down a bushing die set for the parent cartilage might be workable.
Attempting to stay near Mach 1.2 at 2000 yards for best accuracy without Lapua bolt face. Will likely get Pacific Tool and Gauge to make a 338/375Rum imp 40 degrees with the shoulder forward an .100 inch. Necking down 375Rum brass short for good fit fire forming. Looking over case capacities listed by 4D Reamer Rentals I should end up with one grain more total capacity than the 338 Lapua. Throated long it will have much more useable capacity. With a 30 inch JC Custom prefit barrel and very hard REM 9 1/2 mag primers, strong ADM brass, 100+grains VV N-568 and carefully pushing the pressure to the high side I’m hoping for 3000fps with 300Atips.

Brownells sold blank dies. You cut them with the same reamer you cut your chamber with. Haven't tried them myself yet. - dan
