I have a bunch of 7.62x39, does the stamping on the back of the bullit case indicate if it is corrosive or not? Mine are stamped 71 and 95 under it. Thanks

If you assume it's corrosive the only negative if it isn't is you will have a cleaner rifle.
If it is corrosive and you assume it isn't you can have a rusty rifle.

Hmm 1995 production Chinese is usually non corrosive... Is it a dark case, almost black?
OP didn't say if some where 71 and some where 95 or if they both 71 and 95 on the same case. Considering the date of most surplus ammo I'd say more likely 1971 than 1995.
A lot of the surplus I've shot has had two numbers on it. Normally only one makes sense for a year (such as 14 and 73; obviously 1973) but with 71 and 95, if on the same case, not sure which is the date.

OP said they are marked with both "71 and 95 under it", also he did not say specifically it was surplus. I believe in this case the 71 is a factory number and the 95 is the year.
