Will a Doctor red dot fit on a RMR ACOG mount?

Hi folks. I have a Doctor red dot that I want to mount on my Acog. My Acog doesn't have the bosses like the TA01 NSN. Trijicon has a mount that looks like it would work for their RMR sight. I'd like to know if anyone has any experience using this combination. Thanks.

Docter/JP/Fastfire are all the same mount. Probably Vortex Venom as well. All the mini-red dots with that form factor usually have common mounting bases. Insight MRDS too I think.

RMR is different. The RMR pattern is unique and I haven't found ANY optics that interchange with RMR mounts.
