Will a holand brake fit my barrel?

I have a CFW barrel that measures .960 at point where it butts up against the muzzle brake. A Holland brake measures .985. Will the small difference in diameter make any difference to anything? Function or appearance ?View attachment 41255

Appearance only I would think. I am pretty sure the rear part of the brake could be turned down at a taper to match the diameter of the barrel.

I'm yes the brake is a larger diameter than the barrel, any competent gunsmith with be able to taper the brake to the barrel.

Or, the brake could be turned down to the same diameter as the barrel.
That is the muzzle end in the photo? Its going to be shortened somewhat when the brake is fitted.

Yes that's the muzzle , it'll be shortened . The Holland is a bit bigger , but if it can be turned down , that'll work... Thanks

That''s what I do all the time. Taper the brake to the muzzle unless the customer wants it the same diameter.
