Will my #### fall off if I don't get one of these?

Bravo Co - BCM Extractor Spring Upgrade Kit (3 Pak), I saw this an wondered if I needed one just to keep my favorite appendage in place.

Any thoughts from the LaRue, LMT, KAC, Noveske, GGG&GG, and Norinco M4 experts?

You only absolutely need them when you are running LMT 10.5.

Nice to have on 14.5 - but most of the time an O-ring alone will do the job if it is not working.

Got one for my Norc M4 havnt installed it yet..I would like the brass to eject at 4 oclock instead of 1 oclock...I dont know if that will help or not

FWIW I use either the D-Fender or O-ring in all of my AR's (10.5 LMT, 14.5 Armalite, 16" LMT, and 20" RRA) and have never had an issue with extraction.
Before I installed them I asked KevinB his thoughts and was told it was a very low cost insurance policy. Can't argue with that.

Came standard on my R-15. Might not be BCM though.

Put a D-Fender on my Stag 10.5.

"insurance policy" against what?? I have a RRA 20" , would this type of upgrade give me any benefit above the factory one??
