I was offline for a while and have noticed not many places carry the shorty norinco anymore.
Will norinco grizzly/hp9s ever be on sites again?

Canam said they might be bringing in some in the spring, I'd look for one on the EE as well.

A Kodiak Marine with a 13" just sold on EE in 5 minutes. I should have grabbed it at $250 
The DA Grizzly 12.5" with ghost sights is still on EE now.
If you want to pay (much) more for a Rem Express 870, DLASK still has units in stock with their 10" barrel. Long out of their 8.5's....

Mine was so reliable I decided to mod it. All mods fit without having to modify them.
I think they are a good deal and a good, inexpensive base for doing a 14" build.

I'm sending one of mine to Tacord next week for the "treatment", everything except the Vang Comp porting ( they don't do that on offshore barrels),
I may see if I can find a 14" Remington barrel for it and get the porting done as well.

I haven't seen a 12.5" tube fed for a while on the EE. See a 14 inch one.

Not a huge fan of these Turkish shotguns flooding the market these days. The only reason I am even thinking of buying a norinco is for the barrel as it will fit on my wingmaster ☺

Maybe - my 12.5 won't fit on a Wingmaster, and a Remington 14 won't fit on my Norc. Kind of a First World problem, though.

If you swap out the stock set they lighten up considerably, the norc buttstock is a bloddy boat anchor lol.
Hit or miss by the looks of it, my Remington barrels all fit and index on two grizzlys that we have. Same with the grizzly barrel on my 870, I got lucky.

I would think so - I used to have an 870 Express with a 12.5 on it, fit great. The problem for the Norc receiver with the Rem barrels is that the ejector housing is too wide, I guess I could file it and refinish it, but it's not a priority - works fine with the 12.5 barrel. The 12.5 barrel is out of index on the Wingmasters, and since it has a front sight it's annoying.

Yep. They are right down the road from me. All sold out of barrels for now. I should also point out IF the barrel doesn't fit my wingmaster I can at least upgrade the norc or grizz with 870 parts. Can't with that Kodiak.

What's the measurement from the furthest spot back on the receiver to the end of the barrel?
21 1/4".
I’m not sure about the Turk shotguns either, but I bought one anyway. Seems just fine so far. I am using it with the thought that it’s disposable. I should have bought a 14” Mossberg when they were around, but did not have spare money at the time.
