Will stripper clips work with an SKS using AR mags/conversion?

It's a little rickety, but doable. Usually, I got about 8 rounds in before having to fiddle ass the rest in.

Answer is yes. Some of the mags have tight springs, so a full 10 requires some break in, or a coil cut from the mag spring. I use my rifle as a mag loader to load all my mags from stripper clips, finally, a full stipper clip, all at once!
Well way to prove me wrong haha I guess the answer is yes *difficulty involved*
