Will Taurus PT92 Magazines work in Berreta 92?

We were offered few Taurus PT92 magazines we could bring them to the market at very good price. My question is will they work in Berreta 92?

A: The Beretta and Taurus magazines are not interchangeable, as they come from the factory. The Beretta magazines can be modified to work in the PT92, but the Taurus magazines can’t be modified to work in the Beretta 92.

While the shape is the same, the hole in the magazine catch is cut in a different place to lock it up in the grip.

If you have a dremel and a two or three wheel cutting discs it is something you can fix.
The Taurus PT92 mags are actually incredibly useful if you are willing to do this.
I have cut the magazine catch holes so that they fit a Bersa and a Tisas Kanuni too. They work flawlessly.

If you are just looking for magazines for a Berretta 92 or a Gisan, just get the magazines for a Berretta.
