+1 for Vancouver. Lower Mainland area would definitely be ideal. Multiple range locations with wide and 50yd + long ranges that are all outdoors.

Just a friendly FYI. There is a whole lot of Canada east of the GTA. If you want to get technical Toronto is "Central Canada"

Zahal has another thread asking if people are available for weekday/evenings, or just weekends. They've suggested dates are forthcoming for a number of locations, including Vanvouver, Calgary, Grand Prairie, and Toronto. They're also looking at possible Fraser Valley venues.
