Contact Shyane @ Reliable Gun. He has a guy there that makes custom Kydex holsters that can make it for ya and will be perfect for your plastic 223 mags 
There are a few magazine pouches that do really well with Vz magazines. I know HSGI tacos are popular, and TVPP uses Tasmanian Tiger pouches for the .223 (there was a picture around here somewhere)

Darn mobile browsers won't let me post the picture in there, but you can get the Czech camo which is kindof a muddy woodland
Take a look around! There aren't quite as many mag-pouch options as AR mags, but there's still lots for the Vz
