Not really "optics" but very cool nonetheless. I bought these sights off of E-Bay for my SKS. It takes a little work to get them on, but it's worth it. The light gathering front sight looks like it's battery-lit. Very Bright and visable. It's small, so It allows for a good sight picture. The rear is an aperature-type site, and adjusts for both windage and elevation. I haven't taken it to the range yet (and won't be able to until next week) but I can't wait to see if it improves my grouping or not. I know, I know..... It's an SKS, but mine is actually fairly accurate and I have achieved some decent groupings with it in the past. Anyone else had dealings with these?
