I ordered mine directly from Williams.
rear sight and 2 replacement front "firesights" for less than the price of the rear sight only in Canada (exchange and shipping factored in)
Paperwork? What paperwork? Just phone Williams...I ordered 3 sets that way. No hassle and no paperwork.

Isn't a sight a gun part?
Doesn't a sight require an export permit?
Just curious.
The safe and simple route is to ask the business you are dealing with if they have their paperwork in order for export to Canada.![]()
With all due respect I would rather not be cavalier about bringing a gun part across the line. ...If Williams can export then great. If this is something you are comfortable doing... good for you.
