I have never been to the store,bought a few guns from them. I have had great service from them.

When I have ordered little bits like sights or reloading equipment they see to it that it gets ordered right away and you ALWAYS get a call when it's it...thats decent in my books.

The store is too good and John is too swell. Its like a vortex that sucks you in, takes your money and only lets you leave when you have picked a new gun or 20. In the 7 or 8 years I have been dealing with John, I have bought 90% of my guns and ammo and accessories from him. I usually buy at least one handgun or one long arm per month from him. If I am not happy with something, he lets me return it and doesn't kill me on fees. All the guys who work there are pretty swell, and Bear is nifty too.

I can't say enough good things about williams arms, even though some things are more money there I have no problem supporting them because they know what they are talking about.

When my wife went into the store with her mind set on a 1911 22 pistol they talked her out of it and into a nice browning challenger II that fit her hand and pointed perfectly for her, the browning was $300 cheaper than the 1911 she was looking at but they made sure that the first pistol she got will be one that is great for her.
