The 47T is built of the same 17-4PH steel as their legendary 47D 8-rounders that have been the industry standard for decades and uses the same design of follower and follower spring, so reliability is no concern in virtually any .45ACP 1911 on the market today -- or ever. Built for combat over competition, these hail from the lineage of the original Wilson-Rogers mags and are the only extended magazines approved for use in several US military units including USMC Force Recon.
