Win 1894 AB commemorative Reciever metal question

I am having to refinish/Reblue an AB diamond Jubilee due to some storage damage, But the receiver didn't get any.
What are the recievers made of?
Looks like a stainless or alum alloy?

Any help would be appreciated.

Just checked and a magnet sticks to it, so it cant be aluminum.

Stainless?
