In replacing a firing pin the shell extractor was somehow lost on my fathers Winchester M-100 semi auto (.308).

Any input on some replacement options for the missing extractor? Parts Winchester parts suppliers or similiar actions from which to scavange parts?

I wasn't aware there were two versions. Learn something every day I guess. If you'd care to tutor me as to the differences I'd like to provide you with a correct answer?
