Hi No idea who did the conversion as the owner has pass away
The barrel is a winchester factory barrel and so is the stock
This is to the best of my knowledge as it was done many years ago

Last live auction I was at I bought a new unfired for $1400 cad. Sporter in box. There was a second used but fair condition with glass went for $800. I hope this helps. mine shoots the lights out with Eley ammo.
