On my 30-30, my rear site is cracked, can you repair the site or do I have to buy a new one. The site has 2 set screws to tighten onto the fork shaped holder, it slides onto it and you tighten it down. In between the set screws there is a crack. Winchester model 94 30-30 lever action Trails of Tears 1839. Also the previous owner popped out the medallian on the side of the stock and put his name on a different medallian, WHERE would I find an original one.

That medallion is going to be a lot harder to find than the sight. Try the obvious first, Winchester, Brownell's, Numrich gun parts. You might get lucky at Jack First or Western Gun Parts. If all else fails, beg,plead and offer a first born in the parts forum. Good Luck!
