Win SX3

I bought one in 12 ga about three months ago so my experience with it is pretty much limited to only 200 rounds of target loads that I fired so far through it. It feels light and fast. Didn't have a single problem. Cycles 1oz loads nicely. Light recoil despite of the low weight.
Bought it in Ellwood Epps for $958 (28 inch "walnut black field" model) which was the best price around at that time. No regrets...

After shooting my 12 gauge sx3 for 4 years now I love it. The maxus is a nice gun but the sx3 comes with decent wood. And a nice finish. Only issue is maybe it isn't blued steel.
I would definitely buy a 20 ga for an upland gun.

The browning and Winchester semis are both made by FN in belgium.
The SX2, SX3, gold, and silver. All run the same action.

I have shot a gold in 20ga and it was "golden".

Purchased an SX3 about a week ago and have shot 125 rounds of target ammunition through it.It's worked well for me, so no complaints here. Gagnonsports has the walnut SX3 on their website for $899 I believe. Bac4

Is that the one with the greyed metal??

Field Walnut I think.

Waterfowler Mine is the 12 guage(plan on using it for waterfowl/turkey and some clay shooting) but I believe Gagnons has the 20 in stock if that's what you're looking for.I don't think you can beat the price at $899. Seems to have the same guts as the Browning Maxus and so far mine has worked flawlessly but I'm only 125 rounds in so far.

I picked up a Black field 28" 12 gauge about a month ago. Just got it out for the first time yesterday. No complaints here, it's got a smooth action. I also have a Remington 1100 G3 and Browning Gold in 20 gauge. Now the biggest decision is which one to take out. I like them all. I see some 20's are instock at Epps, that's where I got mine.
