winchester 12 gauge feeding issue

hello i'll start by saying im not 100% certain this is where i would post this but im having a problem wih my winchester 12 gauge. after i fire a shot and i go to pump it more than 1 shell wants to come out of the magazine tube. i've seen videos where people who have similar problems with various winchester shotguns take something out of the trigger group and bend a piece slightly and it catches the shells but i wanted to do some research before i go bending pieces from the trigger group. has anyone hadbthis problem or know of a solution? while explaining the solution or problem pictures would be a big help. thank you in advance and if im posting in the wrong forum feel free to let me know. thanks
