Winchester 1200 and 1300 stock compatability

Well, I couldn't find too much info on this doing a search. I found out that the 1200 barrels fit on the 1300 but not vice versa.

My question is if stocks from the 1300 fit the 1200? Anyone know definitively?

Why would the barrels swap one way but not the other? The only barrel swaps that won't work are the defenders as the have a longer mag tube. The stocks/fore-ends are interchangeable

the barrels will swap but maybe the 1200's are only 2-3/4" chambered 140-1400 barrels will also fit but the gas vents bleed all over the mag tubes

Winchester Models 120, 1200, 1300, 2200, 1500, are all the same stocks and bbls. will interchange.
