Winchester 1300 Turkey - Slugs OK?

Sure, I fire slugs in my turkey guns all the time. In a lot of cases the sight setting for turkey loads is well-sighted-in for slug use. These would be old-style, non-sabot slugs, and don't forget to make sure that you have a choke tube installed (IC works well for me).

Thanks! Although my Winchester came with 3 winchokes....none being cylinder or improved cylinder.....

Came with a Ext. Full......a Mod......and a blank one - not sure what that one is....

Again, blank one should be CYL.
