Hey guys,
Recently picked up a Winchester 1500 XTR with 20" barrel. I like this gun quite a bit, and in my main duck hunting spot where I use decoys, it's ideal (15 yard shots!!!
).
But, I'd like a longer barrel, and I've heard the Winchester pump barrels are similar. Can I turn a pump barrel into a semi auto barrel with a little drilling?
The barrel is threaded for Winchokes, so I would be just as happy if I could get a choke that extended the barrel 7 or 8 inches.
