I just recieved a 1890 pump in 22 short. very clean & a good amount of blue. screws are clean good overall id#157### takedown rough spot in bore. u folks have an idea of value? I,m not to good with the camera sorry AJ

It would be worth at least $400. Maybe more depending on condition, age, provenance, etc. Good collectable rifle.

Sounds like a gallery gun, being .22 Short. Could add extra value. Winchester collectors reeeeeeally like their Winchesters, so could be more than $400. Another place to ask is over at Rimfirecentral.com, under the Winchester section. But remember, that'll be American market prices, not Canadian.

The Win Mod 1890 came out in .22WRF ,then Win made them in .22short,.22long,.22LRF. By the serial # yours is very old.

I have one made in 1907 in .22WRF with a 372101 serial# So yours is much older(the ones with .22LRF )are more desirable!

But An original 1890 octagon barrell in .22WRF will book at about 900.00 US,yours if original(whom knows)!
