I just recently traded a couple guns to acquire a 1895 in 35 W.c.F. I was wondering if anyone had any idea where to find 35 W.C.F brass or even 40-72 Win brass I could neck down.

Haven't done that yet but I'm gearing up for it.

Handloader's Manual of Cartridge Conversions has the following info on making 33 Winchester brass:
"MAKE FROM: 45-70 Gov't. You will need a form die or an intermediate die such as .40-65 Win. Anneal the case. Run into either the form die or the .40-65 F/L die. F/L size in .33 WCF die. Trim to length and chamfer."

I think he wants .35 Win not .33 Win There was a guy in MB that had a line on Jamison brass.I'll see if I can locate his contact info.Buffalo Arms made some from 30-40 Krag but it is too short to be much good.

I had a 35 wcf, Great gun took a nice Black bear and a cow Elk
.Bertram used to make brass for it.

Cartridges of the World 9th edition has some good info on the old 35 wcf.
I was using 46 - 48 hrs of IMR 4320 with a 250 gr Hawk soft point.
Almost matched the original factory load.
