winchester 2200 NEED HELP !!!

hi everyone, i hope someone will be able to help me !

i have a winchester 2200, and the pump action is stock ''open'' i mean close to the trigger and i cant bring it back up!! and the safety button seam to acting weird to ??? might be relatade ??

loading gate is getting caught, push down on the loading gate and the action should close. As to why the loading gate is raised to high I cannot tell from here.

found the problem ! the hammer was not at the right position !
