Pretty much.

You could try whoever is listed as a Warranty repair center. They might. Never seen ANY factory rifle barrels at retail level, lots of shotgun barrels though.

My nickel says that the price will be high enough to make a custom fitted decent quality barrel, look like the better buy.

I don't believe Winchester or any other major maker offers a factory barrel for sale.
