Winchester .233 value packs?

Saw Winchester .223 value packs at Wal-Mart for $18. They're labelled as high velocity, varmint.

Is this stuff any good accuracy wise, or should I stick with premium ammo.

For a bolt gun, is ok. For a semi-auto, no good, bullets are not crimped in place.

I shot a box and a half in a Rem 700 Classic 223...some 5 shot groups were 3/8"...and some were 1-1/4"...I think in a better rifle they might be a good alternative to reloading........I'm building another 223 and plan to try them first.....if they average under an inch...no more 223 reloading for me...

I use the same thing in 22-250, always under an inch in my Tikka T3 (when I do my part) I am planning to reload but in the meantime, I have aqcuired a lot of cheap brass.
