Just wondering thinking on getting a winchester model 94 carbine in 44 mag. not a 94ae Has a saddle ring on it 20 inch bbl. And not sure if they use the same serial numbers as say the 30-30/32 specails, but serial number is 3######M so be the 1970 ish i think. Some pitting about 1 inch worth at 1 side of the barrel and the bluing 70%, reciever is 90% with 3 or 4 fine scratchs still nice and dark like a new one. And also missing the front site hood. stocks are very good with only 2 little indents . Rifling is clean and no flowing

Wondering what type of value these things are . Now they are getting hard to come by model 94 44 mags these days .

Would the 70s be about right think they only started mod 94 in 44 mags in 1961 right? Cand find alot of info on 44 mag winchesters

At Cedar Valley hunting(sponsor ) they got that real nice Puma 24 inch octo barrel M92 44 mag, real solid feel to it and darn accurrate for 512.00, pretty good deal in my opinion... JP.
