Winchester .45 Auto

I picked up some Winchester .45 autos at a great price. About 10% of them have a lot of crud around the primers. Present on most but prominent on 10%. Any idea what the dirt could be? Almost looks like tumbler residue.

Thanks but seeing as it's factory ammo, should I even try it or contact Winchester for replacement. I have not seen this on any other new ammo I purchased.

This stuff has been on all brands of winchester ammunition i have gotten , but its the worst on the Ranger series of ammunition , including their FMJ's .

They all fired without an issue
