Winchester 62a question

i have a winchester 62A, atleast i believe it is. it has the same action and is stamped "winchester trade mark" on the top of the rear grip area metal.
the catch here is that the barrel has "the marlin firearms co. NEW HAVEN, CONN. USA - EST 18"
" Model 81-DL-22 cal-s-l-lr - A"

who actually made this and what would the value be?

A guess would be a winchester that was rebarreled with a barrel from a marlin 81

Yup, sounds like a rebarrel as super7 suggested .

barrel wore out so changed the barrel with whatever they had. The 81 barrel is actually for a bolt action Marlin. Perhaps your gun was an arcade gun and had many barrels replaced. If only they could talk.

I can't recall which fellow CGN'er that had it, but I have seen pictures of what they called their franken-pump.
A '62 rebarrelled with a Cooey barrel.
