Hello all, I have come to the decision that it might be time to thin the herd a little. I have the firearm below and i am looking for a good idea of a fair asking price. It has exactly 5 slugs down the pipe. That is all. It has the deluxe wood as seen in the pictures. It only came out the one year apparently. So, what do you all think? I have had a couple offers and a close friend wants it badly, but, being a nice guy i don't want to put the screw to him.

My father just decided to get one, so if your friend changes his mind or doesn't want to pay a reasonable price, let me know.

I believe the used price on them is fairly hefty like $600-$700 or so.We missed one for under $400 a couple of months back. Marlin also made one adn i believe just started making them again.

Check back and see what you bought it for. Make a decision around that price.

Problem is I am not 100% sure what I paid for it. i am thinking it was in the $800 range back in '03 i believe.

Russel Sports in Calgary had one new, Packer model, with 3 chokes (IIRC) for about $650 a couple of years ago. I didn't buy it. When in New Zealand, the same gun could be had for $2500 NZD. If you want to ship it down, I would suggest Serious Shooters in Auckland. They always treated me fair. I bought my safe there, and they helped load it for me.

I saw that model of 9410 for sale at Leamington Gunsmith for $750 yesterday. It was brand new but the wood was not as nice as yours.

My friend offered me a $1000 for it and witht he understanding that if he decided to ever sell it again I would get the first right of refusal. Seemed like a decent deal to me.
