Winchester Ammo - Price Increase

Just read on another clay shooting forum site that Winchester has announced that as of Jan 1/ 2025 there will be a 5 - 10% price increase on all lines of ammunition, go figure EH, am sure reloading components will follow suit, buckle up boy's the ride continues

There is obviously a demand for hunting and sporting ammunition.

Under a normal capitalist system the supply and demand curve would keep civilian ammunition at an affordable level.

Just like in the 1960's when there was "Red under every bed", which people laughed at.

Methinks there are many government made constraint's for the creation of affordable civilian ammunition given the simple supply and demand curve.

Is there now really a Red under every bed.
