That piece should be worth around $1000.00. If you could find a NIB specimen for $800.00 it would be a real bargain. I have seen many sold between $900.00 and $1200.00.
One thing for sure, Blue Book is too low.

I sold one 3 years ago for 500.00 with the box and 50 rounds down the pipe. A grand is way high. Winchester saturated the market with these commemoratives and their are lots of them at any Alberta gun show i have ever been to.
