Winchester Cooey 64 .22LR

Greetings. I have a late 60's (I think) Winchester Cooey model 64 .22LR semi-auto. It's a great little plinker with the right ammo. The action really needs to be taken apart and cleaned, not that there's anything wrong with it except a few rounds get stuck while ejecting.

The magazine for it is plastic and I'm having trouble locating a replacement. The lineage of the gun ends up today as a Savage but the savage 64 clip won't fit as it has slots instead of tabs. I've included a pic of my clip. Any info would be great!

A kit is available to convert the mag well to the savage mag well, that is about your only option unless you can find old mags at a gunshow.

I've heard about the conversion kit but have never seen one and my searches for one so far have come up empty.

I never heard of a conversion kit, but you can order the parts you'll need directly from savage.
