Produced in limited numbers, these Tribute rifles feature a high-grade AA French Walnut stock, nickel engraved signature, polished bluing, and the proven Winchester Model 70 action with dependable claw extraction for unflinching reliability in any condition. Patterned after Jack's own rifle, but enhanced for actual use on big game hunts by sportsmen in the real world, this rifle includes a Pachmayer Decelerator recoil pad designed to tame the recoil of this long-action rifle for consistent, quick follow-up shots. In keeping with Jack's works, this rifle was built to work better than it looks, and comes with a voucher from Winchester for a custom embroidered rifle case from the Jack O'Connor Center!

The Custom grade tribute rifle is a true testament to the legacy of Jack O'Connor, as it replicates the setup once used by the man himself down to the checkered steel buttplate. This presentation-grade rifle has the highest grade of wood available on these limited series of Winchester rifles, a AAA French Walnut stock with ebony tip. It features deep polished bluing, checkered steel buttplate, nickel Jack O'Connor signature (a nostalgic touch, as seen in his many published works), engraved grip cap, and numerous fixin's from Winchester including a voucher for an embroidered custom rifle case from the Jack O'Connor Center in America.
They are truly the all-American classic Jack O'Connor thought the Model 70 in .270 Winchester was, and are a beautiful testament to the impact he had on hunters across the continent. Really a great collector's item for real lifetime hunting enthusiasts.
