Winchester M1886 Magazine tube

I had an older gentleman ask me where he could find a magazine tube for a original 1886 and I told him I would try and help him out. He does not use a computer.

It's in 33 cal, and has a 24" round barrel. I don't think he cares if it's a repro part he gets he just wants to be able to use his rifle again. He did tell me the tube is all he needs as he has all the other parts.

Is there a source in Canada that he can order from without going to the US?

I did look on the internet and Homestead Parts in the US seems to be the source if it can't be had locally. Any issue importing this part if this is the route he decides to go?

No issues, I have ordered from them before - give them a call, can't remember the guy's name but is super fun to chat with.
 
Western Gun parts will have them in stock . There are 3 sizes of Win tubes, 25 & 32-20 size and 30-30/38-55 and the larger for 33 win or 45-70/90 ( there must be a bigger one avail for the 50-90 but I have never had to deal with one). they come one length, longer than you need, just cut to your preference. Springs & followers are tube specific -not caliber specific.
