I have just bought a new M94 short rifle in 30-30,
Having now put a few rounds threw rifle, I like to install a peep sight, mostly as finding it a bit harder to use irons, than in years gone by, nearly 50, #### were do the years go.
I like them small compact, and more importantly, no screw or bits than can catch on clothing, vines etc.
the Skinner peep, fitted with a larger aperture, seams like its good,
Figgered, there be lots of M94 lever men on here, whats your choice and why.

The classic receiver sight for a lever action is either the Lyman or Williams FP. They have been using these for decades for this application and are perfect for the task. They are fast, lightweight, rugged and use click adjustments for easier sighting at the range. I have a Lyman for my 336 and a Williams for my 760.
