I had one of the non-Chevy versions of this gun. 20 gauge, Winchester markings, engraved and gold inlay, same box with much nicer wood than the one shown in the picture. IIRC I bought it about a decade ago NIB for around $900. I'd say it was probably worth $1,200 today.$1000.00 as a jap model 12 and maybe another $400 if u find someone who likes model12's and Chevy trucks.
Issue price of this gun was $995.00 one SOLD !!! On gunroker for $800.00 last month

Probably was shipped up here in a Ford so now we know the rest of the story.... Seriously though I bought a Winchester model 12 20 gauge at a DU dinner in my little town. It was all done up with DU logo, nice wood etc. 26" choked IMP CYL. I paid 875.00 for it at auction. When I was finally able to sell it some years later I got 650.00 for it. This was after several attempts to sell. Of course that was before the inter net so it was hard finding the buyers that may be interested in it.
