Winchester Model 12 in 20 gauge chevy trucks

It is unfired and that was the price

Ok not when they went up fo sale originally more like 1200 for a grade 1.BUT
Any how one of 400 made, approx 200 went to chevy dealers for a truck promotion and approx 200 were sold for roughly 1200.00
rare to see one in canada since most were state side
Problem with the values for these special guns either QU , DU, or any other is what the market will bear to put it best.

State side they have run as high as 2500 NIB but also see some as low as 1800 not selling.
IMO being in canada I think the 2200 on the box is a good starting point but feel free to give the 2500 a try since if some wants one they are going to pay that to get one up from state side
Cheers

Oh yes what number is yours???

It does not have a number stamp on it, just a 4 didgits serial

Starting with MT??
Normally red sticker dot on box end with number which is missing on your box right where someone wrote the 2200
what about top of rear receiver back by the butt stock
?? of 400 in small gold numbers under quail??

First offI would not buy a commretive of any discripsion and once a gain as stated a million timesthe gun is worth the value of the gun and the rest is a donation to the cause. My pricing on that gun is likely very close good luck with it

$1000.00 as a jap model 12 and maybe another $400 if u find someone who likes model12's and Chevy trucks.
I had one of the non-Chevy versions of this gun. 20 gauge, Winchester markings, engraved and gold inlay, same box with much nicer wood than the one shown in the picture. IIRC I bought it about a decade ago NIB for around $900. I'd say it was probably worth $1,200 today.

Issue price of this gun was $995.00 one SOLD !!! On gunroker for $800.00 last month

Why did I know you were going to mention that one that some fool gave away with a Buy it now See there was only one BID. Did you tell him what it was worth :)
What about the other three that sold for 2400-2500 and the other ones for 2000. 995 was the US original price which has nothing to do with today's value PLEASE

One of the three
Inventory # - 3780
Manufacturer - Winchester
Model - Model 12 Quail Unltd/Chevy Trucks
Gauge - 20 ga 26 bls ic NIB
Price - $2495.00 SOLD

two of the three

Classified Ad Guns americia
Winchester Mod 12, 20 gauge Quail Unlimited & Chevy Trucks, Commemorating Partnership in Wildlife

Price: $2,500.00 SOLD

Shipping: See Description
Payment options:
Return policy: No Returns

I could go on and on with ones that sold for 2000 to 2500

cheers

Number 297 of 400

Hi
When doing some looking at the prices just now for my response to old struff55 I actually found this exact gun no 297 with your serial number
It originally came out of Texas and sold for $2500
So that should take care of what it is worth regardless what I or anyone else thinks
How cool it that to find it. I figured it had to some out of the US at one time
Cheers

Probably was shipped up here in a Ford so now we know the rest of the story.... Seriously though I bought a Winchester model 12 20 gauge at a DU dinner in my little town. It was all done up with DU logo, nice wood etc. 26" choked IMP CYL. I paid 875.00 for it at auction. When I was finally able to sell it some years later I got 650.00 for it. This was after several attempts to sell. Of course that was before the inter net so it was hard finding the buyers that may be interested in it.

If it came to Canada in a Ford Darryl, it "Arrived."
On the issue of DU commemoratives, I had a guy call me with an unfired DU Winchester 2200. He wanted $2200 for it, cause his dad paid $2500 at a DU auction.
Sorry, not gonna happen...
