So i recently bought a Model 12 and after chasing the serial number a bit ive found it was from 1925.

Ive been shooting abit of trap with it and love the gun. I bought it cause i thought the old style ( after going from a beretta a391 camo ) was just awesome, the aging just looks killer and I was blown away with how well the gun actually shot.

My question is.. it has the rib going up the entire barrel but it is missing the front and mid bead for sights. The mid bead seems to be broken off ( i'm not sure if its a push in it thread ) and the front bead is just entirely missing leaving only the threaded hole.

Does anyone have any idea how or where i can fix or replace these? where i can even buy the beads? Any info would be awesome!!

Well most full service gun shops might be able to find a front bead that will thread in the existing threaded hole.
The mid bead might be able to be drilled out and a new one epoxied in the the newly drilled hole.
I have never had to replace the forward one, but the mid bead was installed and epoxied into place.
Trouble is finding someone you are comfortable with to do the job.
I suggest you do not take it to Lever Arms in Vancouver.
There will likely be several more chiming in with recommendations, mine is just an option.

Would the bead have to be threaded in and filed down on the inside of the barrell ?

I'm in Ontario so hopefully someone jumps with a closer suggestion, Vancouver is a hell of a drive to get a bead installed !!! Hahaha
