Hello All!
I have a 3 picture range report for my Winchester Model 150 Lever Action .22
Range Specs:
Weather Conditions - Moderate rain, overcast
Shooting Stance - Sitting, old tool bag for a fore-rest
Distance - 100 Meters (shooting range was 50 meters)
Rifle Specs:
Winchester Model 150 Straight Stock, no modifications except scope on milled rails, Bushnell .22 LR Scope, 3-9 Power.
The rain was light, then became heavy, then softened to a moderate amount, so the droplets hitting the .22's may have shaken thier flight minutely.
Picture 1: 50 Meters with Federal Champion Bulk 525 ammo
Personal Opinion: Rifle Highly Dislikes, could not sight it in for this ammo.
Picture 2: 50 Meters with Winchester Super X
Personal Opinion: Rifle Does Not Mind, not enough ammo in my stock to sight in for but seemed to group well enough on it's own.
Picture 3: 50 Meters with CCI Blazer - Group 1 a sight in for tightness, Group 2, a bullseye sight in, and Group 3 a Final sight in with 5 CCI Stingers mixed in.
Personal Opinion: Rifle LOVES this ammo! Once sighted in, had fun tearing up the paper. The rifle instinctively loves CCI Stingers, a great close-range Rabbit and Groundhog round by all accounts.
Comments welcome!
