If you are looking for a specific maker parts (Winchester) Numrich and Sarco are hits and misses. I ordered a few from them and most parts i got was marked E.
I ordered rear handguards marked as NOS from both sellers and if they were NOS they had been banged a lot at the warehouse.
Best bet for a specific maker or condition is eBay... most of the time you get the part in the pictures (if the seller does not mention it just ask)
Of course finding a US seller that ships to Canada is another story....
I found a guy from Texas a few years ago that sold me a NOS Winchester stock, handguards and all the metal bits (all marked W and in very good condition) for $425
(front handguard was marked E and the rear was beechwood, i changed both later on)
This is my Winchester Model 1917 that i finished restoring last winter, i got it as a sporter.
I suspect the metal was refinish at some point because it is a dull black and it was in great condition so i had nothing to do to it.
It's all Winchester parts except the bolt stop spring rest, which is kinda weird since everything else is marked W.
