I recently came, into the temporary possession of an old Winchester model 57 rimfire in 22 short.
It's in very decent condition but the main issue seems to be, the original sights, have been removed, and replaced. The front sight with a shimmed in ramp sight, and the rear is a spring-sight with a beavertail on the end, non-adjustable.
What I'm wondering, is if anyone has any information on the original sight sets, as well as the Lyman 42W aperture sight, and if they're still available.
