G'day folks......i have a 69a that I was able to acquire from the family of a dear friend who passed away years ago......anyone else have one ?.....what do you think of it ?......and I have come to understand the trigger has an adjustment screw......if this is true has anybody actually tried id it ? and does it work ?........I think production of this rifle ended in the sixties [ that's when my friend first let me shoot it ].......aw yes ! the sixties were such a great time growing up.....being a kid, with your buddy walking the fields on warm sunny days with our .22's looking for something to shoot at .....pretending we were big game hunters......sitting in the shade of a tree with a blade of grass in the corner of your mouth watching the world go by with your .22 across your lap....back then cil 22 long rifle hollow points were 1.09 a box at CTC...that was a lot for me as a 12 or 13 year old and I could make a box last all summer [ well almost ! ]....just for interest sake I believe this gun was originally purchased at " Stan Lane Sports " in Toronto, anybody remember that place ?.....lol.....thanks for letting me reminisce !

Great old guns, I've had a few and all were very accurate. Basically the same action as the model 75, uses the same magazines as the 75 and 52 winchesters. Is yours grooved for rings?
