Winchester model 70 action screws?

Hey everyone

Does anyone know where I could find Winchester model 70 replacement action screw?

I have ordered 2 different sets off Brownells but both were restricted and could be shipped out of the US (even though they are not listed as so, and one manufacture was on their list a registered manufacture for export but that list I have is from 2012)

I am having a really difficult time finding a replacement set

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Oddly enough I bought my last set or pair from EBay. That's for my Winnie build, a .260 Rem LR rig. I wanted the socket or Allen head screws instead of the slotted ones that came with the rifle.
