Winchester model 70 conversion from floor plate to Detachable mag

Ive got Win 70 SS, and it doesnt even have a floor plate. Its got a cover screwed over the bottom of the mag. Id be interested in a detach conversion kit aswell, heck even a floor plate kit would be nice
 
IIRC, the Win 70 was available as a DM in the mid-nineties. There may be factory parts available somewhere. I'm pretty sure that the Kwik Klip is only available for Remington, and only short-action at that.
 
Good luck with that one. Event the limited ones that were made as DM, are hard to find parts for...

You can get Williams bottom metal to do the floorplate conversion, and I believe there are others as well. However I read recently that Williams has stopped making a SS version, due to high stainless costs...Still some floating around used though.
 
I talked to these guys a month ago, and he would ship to Canada...
