Winchester Model 74

Hello, I am looking at a Winchester Model 74 in 22 short, production date 1940. I have searched this Site for Model 74 with no luck. any insight from members ?
I have also searched internet for $$$ cost finding a wide range of cost.
It needs a good cleaning, from internet info it could be a challenge to disassemble.

Do not know a lot about the rifles,but have read a little on them.From what I understand they are a well made rifle,but do have some jamming issues,with some of them.

From what I see ,a nice condition one should not go for high price.
