Winchester model 77 value

I am looking to see what a decent condition model 77 winny is worth. I am looking at a deal with a guy and this is one is part of it and know nothing about them. She is a shooter grade and functions fine without using cheap ammo, like older 22's it likes what it likes.

These rifles came in 2 versions clip fed or tube fed. I bought a shooter in what you would call fair condition for $145.00 here on the EE, so if the ones you are looking at are in very good condition it may be worth $225.00 maybe $250.00 if minty. FS

This one is mag fed, new mag as well as the old one was causing issues that are now gone. Fair to better than fair shape. He is guessing the value at $170.00 and want to be sure it is a fair price.

Thanks for all the help guys. I am keeping this one but am selling my grandfathers, he has passed it on to me as he canot hunt any longer. I do not need 2 of these.
