winchester model 91 Good or Not??? Value in perfect state?

If it is the one I am thinking of it was made for Winchester by Laurona in Spain for international sales mainly Uk
Some used ones mainly made it over this way. They made them for maybe 10 years and they IMO are not classed as a collector piece and sold for much less than a 101.
IMO 700 bucks may be in canada but could be wrong
Some will probally think it's an ultra rare Winchester and worth a fortune as some guy from Ontario did a few years ago I remember seeing until he tried to sell it

Cheers

I want to do skeet shooting and I don't want to paid a lot for the gun.

Someone offert me one of those Model 91 in a nearly perfect condition for 450$ Should I take it? It is pretty with is encarved picture... I don't know much in Shotgun. One barrel is full choke and the other one is "modified" (what it mean????) Is it important to buy a 3" chamber shotgun? The Model 91 is only a 2 3/4...

For 550$ I could have a Good condition Stoeger IGA with 2 set of choke. (Full and MOD) Is it a fair price???

Not sure what to choose...???

Thank you again

$450.00 is a good price if the gun is in nice condition. Simply put, the choke at the muzzle is what gives a gun it's shot pattern at various distances. A full choke means the shot will stick together as a group to a longer distance before spreading out. Cylinder bore, which is the size of the barrels, will spread the shot out a lot quicker at a closer range. Then you have everything between cylinder bore and full. For skeet shooting, you don't really want a full choke as you want your shot pattern to open up at a closer distance. However, you could have the chokes opened up. If you were shooting trap, a tighter choke is preferred. You do not need 3" chambers for skeet. Actually, 3" shells are not allowed for clays shooting.

If clays are your aim, then a 3" chamber length will never be of use. Avoid the Stoeger, Full/Mod is too tight for a beginner to shoot skeet with and the Condor has had a questionable reputation over the years.
